Seminar Schedule

We offer classes certified by the Department of Health and Senior Services for you to earn your Continuing Education Units (CEUs).  Our excellent teaching staff have experience in the field as well.  Our seminars engage you so that the learning is informational and discussion based.

Seminar Refund Policy

Missouri Smallflows Organization is dedicated to providing continuing education seminars for onsite wastewater professionals at a very competitive cost.  With the high quality of seminars provided it takes planning to provide these services. 

1. Seminar registrants are required to notify the Executive Secretary as early as possible about a cancellation of attendance.

2. If the cancellation notification is received more than 7 days prior to the seminar, the Registrant will receive a full refund of the seminar fee.

3. If the cancellation notification is received between 7 days and 2 days, inclusive, prior to the seminar, the Registrant will receive a 50% refund of the seminar fee.

4. If the cancellation notification is received less than 2 days prior to the seminar, the Registrant forfeits the full seminar fee.

5. Extenuating circumstances, such as family emergencies and health related emergencies may require additional documentation at the discretion of the Executive Secretary.
