To Vendors/Exhibitors:
The 2012 MSO Conference and Exhibition will be January 16, 17, & 18, 2012 at the Springfield Exposition Center and University Plaza Hotel in Springfield, MO.
Set-up: Starting Monday, January 16 you will be able to have access to the Springfield Exposition Center to set up your booth space from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tear down will be on Wednesday, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Trade Show: Conference attendees will be attending seminars mainly in the Exposition Center on the second level. Breaks will be sponsored in the Exposition Center for maximum exposure to potential customers.
President’s Reception: This event is hosted on the evening of Tuesday, January 17 in the Exposition Center. Light hor douvres, beer, and soft drinks served with a cash bar.

Single Booth Space (8ft x 10ft) = $430.00 After November 30: $480.00
Double Booth Space (8ft x 20ft) = $795.00 After November 30: $845.00
Bulk Floor Space (20ft x 20ft) = $590.00 After November 30: $640.00
Additional Bulk Space = $375.00
Booth Space includes: 1- 6ft x 30 inch skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket
