Missouri Department of Health and Human Services (DHSS) tracks your CEUs for your various licenses. If you would like to know how many CEUs you have and when your license expires contact the state office at 573-751-6095.

Seminar Refund Policy
Missouri Smallflows Organization is dedicated to providing continuing education seminars for onsite wastewater professionals at a very competitive cost. With the high quality of seminars provided it takes planning to provide these services.
Seminar registrants are required to notify the Executive Director as early as possible about a cancellation of attendance.
Seminar registrants are required to notify the Executive Director as early as possible about a cancellation of attendance.
- If the cancellation notification is received more than 7 days prior to the seminar, the Registrant will receive a full refund of the seminar fee.
- If the cancellation notification is received between 7 days and 2 days, inclusive, prior to the seminar, the Registrant will receive a 50% refund of the seminar fee.
- If the cancellation notification is received less than 2 days prior to the seminar, the Registrant forfeits the full seminar fee.
- Extenuating circumstances, such as family emergencies and health related emergencies may require additional documentation at the discretion of the Executive Director.
